Dental Virtual Manager / Treatment Coordinator
Our Virtual Manager is bespoke to your practice needs and is ideal for the following:
- Small practices with no practice manager or those who don’t feel the need to have a practice manager every day

- Squat practices not wanting to hire a team in the early days
- When your manager is on annual leave

With many years of experience working with various dental specialists, our treatment coordinator can assist in many areas of the patient’s treatment journey, from treatment plans to any fees involved.
A professional relationship is built up with your patient to ensure they are met with understanding and empathy.
Bespoke to your practice, we can handle any of the tasks below:
- Pre-consultation
- Providing new patient welcome packs or information
- Virtual appointment booking (if access is available)
- Treatment planning
- Preparing treatment plan and other document templates (would need access to dental system used)
- Regular calls to patients in treatment or follow-up potential patients
- Ensuring all payments are made and chase any outstanding payments
- Discharge letters
- First point of contact for patient queries
A PA service is also available and includes services such as arranging travel, accommodation and paying invoices.
These services start from £25 per hour.
