Compliance Start Up
After your introductory visit, a bespoke compliance plan will be provided with recommended improvements.
Our 3 month start-up package will guarantee the following are implemented and fully compliant:
- Policies and procedures
- Audits and risk assessments (mandatory for CQC) are filled out
- Safeguarding folder is complete
- GDPR folder
- COSHH folder
- Complaints folder
- Cross-infection requirements
- Maintenance and servicing system
- Policies and procedures required on display
- Staff file maintenance system
For the first month, a total of 10 hours a week are needed to implement the correct measures and ensure your team understand what is required to maintain this.
Months 2 & 3 require a drop in hours to 8 a week. A CQC mock inspection finishes the start-up package to ensure total compliance is achieved and your team is confident when a CQC inspection takes place.
